Crossroads Ranch serves clients of all ages with many different circumstances including those with: ADD/ADHD, Autism, 阿斯伯格综合症, 唐氏综合症, 创伤性脑损伤, PTSD, 家庭危机，如离婚, 虐待和遗弃. The leaders at Crossroads Ranch work hard to pair clients with an activity or horse that will encourage them forward toward hope and personal growth that will extend beyond the Ranch and into their daily lives.

DHS Vocational Rehabilitation​ assists individuals with disabilities to get and keep a job that matches their skills, interests, 和能力.

Disabilities Services Advisory Council for Harney County meets the second Tuesday of each month at the DHS office building, 809 W. 杰克逊，下午1:30.m.

Early Childhood Special Education or ECSE offers special education services to eligible children starting at age 3 and continuing until they enter kindergarten. Services can include specially designed instruction and/or related services such as physical, occupational, 或者言语和语言治疗. Services may be provided at community preschools, childcare facilities or at ECSE center sites.

上门送餐服务 - Hot meals are delivered 星期二和星期四 to housebound seniors 60+ and their spouse with a suggested donation of $5 per meal. 照顾者和60岁以下的客人必须支付10美元.
